I'm Steven Goans, an interior design photographer based in the Bay Area. I work with interior designers, architects, and home stagers across San Francisco, Marin, the Peninsula, and beyond — creating images that capture how a space actually feels to be in, not just how it looks.

Before picking up a camera professionally, I spent years studying light — the way it moves through a room in the late afternoon, how it pools on a countertop, the quiet drama it creates against a well-considered wall. That obsession is still the foundation of every shoot I do.

My clients use their images for publications, portfolio books, social media, and press submissions. I treat every project as a collaboration — your eye for design, my eye for the frame.
